National Audit Office, Buckingham Palace Road – shadow gaps and stainless steel finishes

If you want to welcome visitors to your office into a space that oozes style and sophistication, a refresh of your reception area is a great way to start. At this London location, we used stylish finishes to deliver a warm yet professional welcome.

To achieve the effect, we built a wall structure in front of the existing branding and then finished the wall with two layers of plywood and plasterboard. We then fixed batons to the structure and covered the whole area with our pre-made DI-NOC panels. The wall had a shadow gap between the joints to create an architectural edge. We then applied brushed stainless steel text to the finished wall to highlight the location.
